Refund and cancellation policy | Radix Systems
How refunds and cancellations work for Radix OS subscriptions sold through Paddle.
Who handles refunds
Radix OS subscriptions bought through our online checkout are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes every refund and returns the money to your original payment method. This policy works alongside Paddle’s Buyer Terms and refund policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), and it does not limit any rights you have under the law.
14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions
If Radix OS is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
Renewal payments
Monthly renewal payments are not covered by the 14-day guarantee. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us or Paddle within 14 days of the charge. Paddle will review the request case by case, taking into account how Radix OS was used during that period. A refund of a renewal is not guaranteed, except where the law requires one.
How to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and choose Request refund, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email. You can also email mo@radixsystems.si with the email address you used at checkout, and we will help. Approved refunds are usually returned within 14 days of approval.
When a refund may be declined or reduced
A refund may be declined or reduced where there is evidence of fraud, refund or chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behaviour; where an account was suspended for breaching our Terms of service; or where a request falls outside the periods above. Paddle may also approve a partial refund in some cases.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and paid access to Radix OS ends. Workspace data is then handled as described in our Terms of service, so export anything you need first.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your Radix OS account page under Manage billing, or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for. No refund or credit is given for the unused part of that period, except as described above or where the law requires.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or another country that gives a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, you keep that right on the terms the law sets. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Chargebacks
Please contact Paddle or us before disputing a charge with your bank. Access may be suspended while a chargeback is reviewed. Your legal right to dispute a charge is not affected.
Services outside our checkout
Setup, consulting or managed services provided under a separate written agreement follow the cancellation and refund terms of that agreement.
