Privacy notice | Radix Systems
How Radix Systems handles website enquiries, booking details, voice conversations and Radix OS subscription billing.
Controller and contact
Radix Digital LLC, trading as Radix Systems, operates this website and Radix OS and is the controller of the enquiry, account and billing data described here. Business address: 476 Riverside Avenue, Ste 4, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Contact mo@radixsystems.si about your information or this notice.
For records a business stores in its own Radix OS workspace, such as its contacts and conversations, that business is the controller and we process the records on its behalf. Customer services may be governed by a separate agreement.
Information you provide
The estimate form collects your name, business name, email, telephone number, business answers, estimated opportunity and page URL. We use these details to respond to your requested call or email and discuss the service. The estimate is illustrative and is not a decision about eligibility or a promise of revenue. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Voice and booking services
The optional Rad Agents voice service uses Vapi and Daily to carry voice conversations. Starting a call sends microphone audio to these providers; conversations, transcripts and contact details may be saved for our team. You can email us instead. Booking opens Google Calendar, where Google receives your booking information under its own privacy terms.
Radix OS subscriptions and Paddle
Radix OS subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects your name, email address, billing address, country, tax details and payment details to take payment, calculate and collect tax, prevent fraud and send receipts. Paddle processes this information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
We do not receive or store your full card details. We share your account email and account identifiers with Paddle to create your checkout. Paddle shares your customer ID, email address, country, and subscription and transaction status and amounts with us, which we use to give you access, provide support, handle cancellations and refunds, and keep business and tax records.
Providers and security
Vercel hosts this website and its request logs. Enquiries are forwarded to Radix OS, our business platform, hosted on Vercel with Supabase for storage. Radix OS uses AI and communication services, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Resend and Amazon SES where configured for the relevant workflow. Vapi and its providers process optional voice calls. Paddle processes subscription payments. Form abuse prevention stores a pseudonymous IP-derived counter in Supabase for a short period; expired counters are removed during subsequent requests. Cloudflare Turnstile may also verify forms when enabled. If you accept analytics cookies, PostHog (PostHog Inc., US region) records how you use the site, including page views, clicks and session replays with form inputs masked. When you then submit a form, that browsing history is linked to your enquiry by email. Fonts are served from this website.
We may also share information with professional advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted connections and two-factor authentication for privileged accounts, and we choose providers that maintain recognised security practices. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; tell us at mo@radixsystems.si if you suspect a problem.
Purposes and choices
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to respond to you. We process account, subscription and billing information to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting. Security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service from misuse. Requesting a call does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop follow-up at any time. Website analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Retention and transfers
Enquiry and conversation records are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry, maintain a customer relationship or meet legal obligations. Billing and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements need, usually up to seven years. Provider logs and backups have separate retention rules. Some providers, including our hosting, AI and payment providers, may process data outside the EEA and the UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses as safeguards. Contact us for a copy of the arrangements that apply to you.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact mo@radixsystems.si; we may need to verify your identity. We respond within one month, or tell you within that month if the law allows us longer. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, including the Information Commissioner of Slovenia at ip-rs.si.
